AN INVITATION TO THE SESSION ON “CELEBRATING ENTREPRENEURSHIP AT IIT MADRAS"

Dear Alumni,

I am pleased to  inform  you all that  IITMAA Chennai  Chapter in association  with  IIT  Madras  Entrepreneurship  Forum (IITMEF)  and the IITM  International  and Alumni  Relations Office (I&AR) is organising an interactive programme on “Celebrating  Entrepreneurship at IIT Madras"  at the IITM Research Park on 24th October 2015 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. followed by networking and lunch.

Our Director Prof.Bhaskar Ramamurthi has agreed to address the gathering. A  key  component  of  this  event  will  be  an  intense  "Meeting  of  Minds"  brainstorming  session amongst all stake holders in an unconference mode.

This session will be preceded and followed by an  interactive  dialogue  with  Architects  of the IITM  Entrepreneurial  ecosystem  and  selected entrepreneur role models - all to be  moderated by our alumnus Prof Ashwin Mahalingam (1998-BTCE) from  IITMEF.

The target audience is IITM alumni with a special focus on alumni entrepreneurs and budding entrepreneurs from IITM student community.

IITMAA is excited and committed to this initiative and based on the learning from this programme plans to have regular follow on programmes with topics of mutual interest.   We look forward  to  your  active participation  at  this  meet  and  your continued  support  as  we  launch  this  journey  to  contribute  our  bit  towards  the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem around IITM.
