I am happy to inform you all that the Chennai Chapter of IITMAA is planning a visit to Chokhi Dhani for alumni, faculty and students along with family members during January 2016. We would like to assess the interest of alumni, faculty and students in such a trip and have developed a brief survey questionnaire to not only assess feasibility but also to decide on suitable dates and size of group to work out costs. For those who are not aware of Chokhi Dhani, it must be mentioned that it is a Rajasthani Village fair spread over 15 acres which serves as a one stop destination for fun, food and masti. Chokhi Dhani is located in Sriperumbudur which is just past Poonamalle in the Western Suburb of Chennai. More details about Chokhi Dhani can be found on the link given below:

Your response to the survey will determine the registration fee payable for the visit by alumni and their family members. The registration fee will be subsidized by IITMAA for IITM Students/ faculty/ Alumni and their family members and will be decided based on number of alumni interested in joining the proposed visit.
