Dear Alumni,
Season’s Greetings from IITMAA.
As mentioned earlier IITMAA along with its Chennai Chapter will be celebrating Diwali this year with a get-together of alumni from 4.30 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. on 7th November, 2015 at the Community Hall, near the shopping Complex, IITM Campus. We have some interesting activities lined up for the Diwali Dhamaka along with some Music & Dance as well as a display of Diyas.
The Diwali Celebrations will also be followed up with the Announcement of results for the ongoing Decade-wise Representatives Elections and the Felicitation of Prof.A.Veeraraghavan with the IITMAA Award for his contribution to IIT-M in non academic spheres. This award was to be handed over at the AGM held on 11th July 2015 at Hotel My Fortune but we could not do so since Prof.Veeraraghavan was then travelling. The event will conclude with dinner.
We propose to have a fun evening and all Chennai based alumni are welcome to attend with their families. Interested alumni are requested to RSVP to: alumni@iitm.ac.in with copy to generalmanager.iitmaa@gmail.com
